长钢烧结厂对 1号 8m2 竖炉电除尘器电控系统进行了改造 ,通过采用先进的供电装置和PLC控制 ,使除尘效率达到 99 6%,粉尘排放浓放降至 460mg/m3,实现了环保达标。

The modification of ESP control system of №1 shaft furnace in CHANGZHI I&S Co was got through in the year 2001 The dust removal efficiency of ESP attaint to 99 6% by adopting the advance electric supply facility and the PLC control etc , and the outlet dust concentration was decreased to 46 0 mg/m 3, and so the plant environment was improved evidently
