A Discussion on Industrial Tourism and Tourism Development of Jinwan District in Zhuhai Special Economic Zone

文章介绍了国际上工业旅游的发展过程和趋势,结合珠海市金湾区工业企业发展状况以及区域发展战略和定位,初步分析了珠海金湾区发展工业旅游的条件、潜力和启动策略,提出了4种可供选择的工业旅游开发模式:名牌企业主题园模式,工业园区观光地模式,工业博览与商务旅游模式,以及组合开发模式。

With a brief introduction on industrial tourism development in the international society, this paper analyzes the potentials of Jinwan district of Zhuhai in developing industrial tourism during its large extension period of manufacturing industries and foreign direct investment. The author suggests the initiatives of developing industrial tourism and brings forward four options for Jinwan's industrial tourism development, namely as brand destinations development, industrial parks for sightseeing, industrial fair and trade tourism development, and integrated tourism development.
