摘要 研究了考虑紧急控制措施的扩展实用动态安全域临界面的迁移规律,并用紧急控制措施所引起的实用动态安全域临界面沿其外法线方向的迁移距离来表示紧急控制措施的有效性,给出了切机和切负荷以及二者配合操作的控制有效性的定量表示方法。据此提出了一种新的电力系统暂态稳定紧急控制方法,该方法通过选择不同的措施控制安全域临界面的推移,使扩展后的实用动态安全域能涵盖当前系统运行点,保证系统不会发生暂态失稳现象。在此基础上,通过把控制措施量化为一成本指标,建立了暂态稳定紧急控制的数学模型,并基于控制有效性灵敏度指标给出了该问题的优化策略。在10机39节点新英格兰系统上的测试结果表明了这种方法的有效性。 This paper proposes a new emergency control strategy based on the critical hyper-plane's parallel characteristic of extended practical dynamic security regions(EPDSR). Due to the parallel characteristic, the validity of a control action can be reflected through the displacement of the critical hyper-plane on the direction of its outer normal vector, and the goal of emergency control is to seek appropriate actions in order to make EPDSR to cover the current operating point. This method makes the quantitative analysis of emergency control actions possible, and the validity expressions for shedding load, tripping generator and their combination are given. Furthermore this paper discusses a mathematics model for emergency control decision that can provide a reasonable balance between economy and security of power systems. An appropriate searching strategy is presented based on sensitivity index of control actions, which can obtain the optimal control actions with minimum cost. The simulation results on the 10-generator, 39-bus New-England Test System demonstrate that the proposed scheme for transient stability emergency control is effective.
