摘要
转基因微注射量的控制技术是个一直困扰着科研人员的难题。本文从微流体的动力学特性入手 ,提出一个以温度场来驱动并控制DNA微注射液的方案。该方案从理论上推导了微出流量的数学模型 ,并对硬件实现方案进行了设计。
How to control precisely the volume of DNA micro-injection is still boring many researchers. According to micro-fluid’s characteristic,a new application of thermal gradient to drive and control micro-DNA-fluid's flow was presented. A theoretic model was constructed and the hardware scheme for this experiment was also designed.
