摘要
水压传动技术是基于绿色产品设计和清洁生产技术而发展起来的一门新技术。随着绿色设计与清洁生产技术逐渐成为研究热点 ,对环境友好和具有良好生态效益的水压传动技术已愈来愈引起人们的关注。本文通过对传统产品设计和绿色产品设计的比较 ,阐述了绿色产品设计的主要特点及设计中的关键技术 ;指出了水压传动技术的绿色特征及存在的主要问题 ,详细探讨了水压传动产品绿色设计中的关键技术 :材料的选择与改性、结构设计、绿色设计数据库及绿色设计评价体系的建立。
By comparison of the design between traditional product and green product, the main characteristics of green product design and the key techniques in design were expatiated. The green characteristics of water hydraulic technology and the main specific problems were indicated. In addition the key techniques in green design of water hydraulic product were discussed in details such as selection and modification of materials,structural design,establishing data base and appraisal system of green design.
