摘要
为满足高精密数控加工设备的需求 ,本文在分析压电陶瓷输入 -输出非线性关系 ,比较电压和电荷控制方法优劣的基础上 ,利用具有高速运算能力的DSP处理器为控制器 ,实现了一个双伺服环定位控制系统。实际运用表明 :该系统达到较高的控制精度和运行效率。
For satisfying the need of numerical control equipments, using a DSP processor with high calculating speed as the controller, a high precision positioning control system with dual servo loop was developed based on the analysis of piezceramic's non-linearity relation between input & output, and the comparison between electrical voltage and electrical charge control method. The higher efficiency and precision were achieved in practice.
