摘要
电液道路模拟振动台是进行汽车及其零部件室内道路模拟试验的关键基础设备 ,本文通过对路面不平度统计特性的分析 ,提出了基于随机过程及概率统计理论为基础的路面谱再现电液道路模拟振动台设计参数的确定方法 ,并给出了主要设计参数的物理意义 ,为电液伺服系统设计及元件选择提供了理论基础。
Electrohydraulic shaker of road simulation is the key fundamental equipments for road simulation tests of automobile and its parts in lab. Through the analysis of statistical characteristics of road surface roughness, the selection method of design parameters of the electrohydraulic shaker for the reappearance of power spectrum density based on the theory of random process and probability statistics was presented, and the physical meaning of the main design parameters was given. This provides the theoretic fundaments of the design of electrohydraulic servo system and the selection of components.
