摘要
介绍了一种适用于水压柱塞泵 (马达 )的偏心配流盘 ,对偏心配流盘的结构、原理和受力进行了分析。以配流副的横截面之间的叠加流场为计算模型 ,进行ANSYS分析 ,得出配流副在液压力作用下的压力场和速度场分布。
A special kind of valve plate fitting for water hydraulic piston pump(motor)were introduced and analyzed including its structure,work principle and force field caused by pressure.The overlapped flow field in the middle of cross sections of valve pair was analyzed as an arithmetical model by the software ANSYS, and the pressure field and velocity-distributing field were gained when the valve pair was under the hydraulic pressure.
