摘要
为提高 10 0P车质量 ,着重研究转向节衬套及平面轴承的质量问题 ,通过触摸屏的可编程控制器、荷重传感器、位置传感器、气动控制等组成的控制系统完成对汽车行驶状况受力情况的模拟 ,研究转向节衬套及平面轴承磨损及相关参数的设定。
To improve the quality of 100P heavy truck,the quality of steering knuckle bush and plain bearing was researched.The test apperatus consisting of Programmable Logic Controller with touch-screen, load transducer, displacement transducer and pneumatic controller was developed in order to simulate the actual loading condition about the moving truch. At the same time the wear of steering knuckle bush and plain bearing and the concering parameter setting of test apperatus was studied.
