Optimal Measures for Energy in Evaporation Steam and Water System

中铝山西分公司四个蒸发站的蒸发凝结水 ,未采取任何措施直接排出 ,造成蒸汽消耗较高。针对这一现状 ,提出采用“水封罐 +闪蒸槽”措施 ,可有效的阻汽排水 ,充分利用热能 。

The evaporation condense water of four evaporation stations in Shanxi Branch of Chalco is directly drained away without taking any measure,which results in high steam consumption.In view of this situation the measure of “water sealing tank+flash tank”is put forward in this paper,which can effectively block steam and drain water so that heat energy can be fully utilized by cutting down steam consumption.
