摘要 VERICUT是一款既能实现仿真又能进行较好优化的三维 CAD/CAM软件。可实现刀具轨迹仿真和机床仿真的同步显示 ,不但逼真 ,而且在数控机床加工仿真通用性方面有其独到之处 ;可通过调整各个工序的进给率 ,节省加工时间 ,实现 NC代码的优化及序号的重排。结合一个“锤子加工”的典型实例展现了 VERICUT环境下数控加工仿真及优化的全过程 。 VERICUT is a kind of three-dimensional CAD/CAM software, which can realize both simulation and wonderful optimization. Tool path simulation and machine simulation can be displayed synchronously. Its simulation is not only lifelike but also peculiar to generalization of CNC machining simulation. Through adjusting the different machining stages′ feed rate, it can save machining time, realize NC code′s optimization and rearrange its numbers. A typical example of ″hammer machining″ demonstrates the whole process of CNC machining simulation and optimization under VERUCUT environment .The analysis of its optimization theory shows that the software has advantage of simulation and optimization.
