基于LabVIEW的四象限探测器光电参数测量系统 被引量:9

摘要 对于四象限光电探测器来说 ,其脉冲电流灵敏度和灵敏度的均匀性是两个重要的参数 ,我们重点研究如何使用LabVIEW编写四象限探测器光电参数测量系统软件。使用LabVIEW开发的光电参数测量系统 ,能利用步进电机进行激光光源对探测器的扫描 ,同时控制示波器测量探测器的信号电压 ,并使用GPIB指令把测量数据通过TCP/IP协议传回计算机 ,最后由计算机分析和处理检测数据并显示、保存和打印最终结果。实验结果证明 ,这种方法实用、方便 ,测量精度高。 For four quadrants photo detector, current sensitivity and sensitivity's homogeneity are two important specialties concerned. With LabVIEW utilized as development tool, friendly user interface can be formed, and by the step motor driven, the testing data from photo detector can be acquired. After the step length is input, and the interval between two steps is set, the step motor can be driven through serial port communication. The detector is fastened on the step motor while the light source is kept immobile, therefore the scan can be achieved by the step motor moving. At the same time, the signal voltage from the photo detector is displayed on the Tektronix oscillograph. Then the data of voltage is returned to the computer though the network. At last, the final result is calculated by the computer and displayed on the screen.
