摘要
目的 探讨幼猪室间隔缺损的实验动物模型的建立方法。方法 16只幼猪在全麻下经右心耳行室间隔穿刺造口置环 ,建立室间隔缺损。术后 3天行超声心动图、术后 1月行心导管检查。结果 11只猪手术成功。经超声心动图、心导管检查确认有 10只建模成功。超声心动图示最大分流流速Vmax为 1 7~ 4 4m/sec (2 6 3± 0 92 )。血流动力学指标测定结果示肺动脉压无显著升高 ,Qp/Qs 1 6 8~ 2 12 (1 84± 0 2 4 )。结论 采用改良的Synhorst方法在国内首次成功建立了幼龄室间隔缺损动物模型 ,对深入了解左向右分流先心病病理生理改变具有重要意义。
Objective To explore the method for establishing experimental animal model of ventricular septal defect(VSD) in young pigs. Method Thoracotomy was performed on 16 young pigs under general anaesthesia. 3 days after the operation,echocardiography was conducted to verify the existence of VSDs. The animals were catheterized one month later to obtain hemodynamic data. Results 11 pigs survived from the operation and 10 with successful acquisition of VSDs. Doppler echocardiography demonstrated the transseptal shunts with peak velocities ranged from 1.7~4.4m/sec(2.63±0.92). Cardiac catheterization showed the Qp/Qs was 1.68~2.12 (1.84±0.24),although the pulmonary pressures remained in normal limits. Conclusion Experimental VSD model in young pigs using modified Synhorst method was succesfully established. The preliminary result shows that the VSD model using pigs is feasible and worth improving further in order to provide an useful animal model for the pathophysiological study of intracardiac left to right shunt in the future.
