摘要
讨论了微细纤维生产的条件,并就国内织物开发和染整技术进行了介绍。通过合适工艺条件的选取,例如干切片含水率、纺丝温度、侧吹风、组件工艺、变形温度、定型温度等,可以生产出优异性能的微细DTY。
The condition of producing PET microfilament was discussed. The technology of fabrics development
and dying-process were introduced. The proper process parameters being selected, such as chip moisture rate,
spinning temperature, quench air, pack technique, deformation temperature and set temperature, the high
quality microfilament DTY can be produced.
