摘要
根据当今聚酯POY长丝生产技术高速发展的现状,从理论上分析了提高聚酯POY纺速的可行性。介绍了提高聚酯POY纺丝速度的三种方法:化学改性、物理改性及工艺改进法,分析比较了三种方法的技术优势和缺点。指出工艺改进法,即DuPont/Barmag公司开发的Evospeed高速纺POY法是未来的发展趋势。
According to the high speed development situation of PET POY filament production techniques, the
feasibility of producing PET POY at higher spinning speed was analyzed in theory. Three kinds of methods of
producing PET POY at higher spinning speed were introduced, such as chemical modification, physical modifi-
cation and modification of melt spinning process. The technique superiority and defects of methods were analyzed
and compared. It is pointed out that the method of modification of melt spinning process—the Evospeed melt
spinning system developed by Dupont/Barmag company is the development tendency in the future.
