摘要
利用原位复合技术向γ 甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(MPTMS)、N 甲基全氟辛基磺酰基胺基丙烯酸乙酯(MPSAEA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)的共聚物中引入纳米TiO2微粒,制备了均匀透明的TiO2纳米复合含氟聚合物材料。将聚合物用作涂层材料,用接触角测定仪测定了涂层与水的接触角。通过正交试验得到涂层具有最大接触角的聚合物配方,然后用红外光谱(FT IR)、多功能电子能谱仪(XPS)、原子力显微镜(AFM)等表征手段对涂层疏水性的影响因素进行了探讨,得到了一个较好的解释。
A kind of transparent TiO_2 nanocomposite fluoro-polymer was synthesized by means of copolymerization of 2(N-methylperfluorooctanesulfoamido)ethylacrylate (MPSAEA), methylmethacrylate (MMA) and methacryloxypropyltri-methyloxysilane (MPTMS) initiated by AIBN, followed by hydrolysis of titanium tetrabutoxide(TBOT) The resulting fluoro-nanocomposite was coated on the glass. The best water-repellent formulation was optimized through orthogonal test .Mmechanism of water-repellency of coats was studied using FT-IR, XPS, AFM and Contact Angle Tester and satisfactory conclusion was gained.
