摘要
研究了设备、模具、木粉表面改性对木/塑料复合材料力学性能与表面质量的影响。结果表明,合理设计的单螺杆、模具及良好的木粉表面改性,可用一步法挤出PVC基木/塑复合材料。
Influence of single-screw extruder, mould and surface modification on mechanical properties and surface quality of PVC wood flour composites was studied. The results showed that one-step extrusion of PVCwood flour composites could be done with l single screw and mould logically designed and excellent surface modification of wood flour.
