摘要 本文主要研究以甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸和聚乙二醇单甲醚为主要原料的聚羧酸系减水剂的制备工艺,侧重进行了反应物配比、引发剂用量、反应时间等影响因素的研究,采用红外光谱法对产物进行了表征和分析。并对该减水剂进行了水泥净浆流动度等性能的测试,最终得到了适用于高性能混凝土的减水剂。 Study was focused on preparation technology of the high range water reducing agents of polycarboxylic series with rom methacrylic acid, acrylic acid and methoxypolyethyleneglycol as the main raw materials while study was also carried out for influencing factors of reactants proportion ,content of initiator and reaction time, etc. The product was characterized and analyzed by FT-IR. Furthermore, tests were made on properties of the reducer such as cement paste fluidity. Eventually, a good water-reducing admixture suitable for high-performance concrete was obtained.
