摘要
铬锰氮 ( Cr Mn N)钢耐热振动筛用篦板铸件 ,是冶金企业用的烧结机中的重要部件 ,同时 ,也是易损件。因篦板铸件结构的特殊性和铬锰氮钢材料的特点 ,给实际制造带来了一定的难度 。
The grid plate casting for the heat resistant shaker made from CrMnN steel is a very important component for the sintering equipment in the metallurgical industry and also it is vulnerable part. Due to the structure speciality of the grid plate casting and the characteristic of the CrMnN steel, it is very difficult for the actual manufacturing. This paper has introduced the trial-manufacture process of the grid plate casting as well as the its result.
