依靠E mail传输数据 ,用Excel设计统计报表 ,以此代替手工输入 ,减轻了工作量 ,提高了数据准确性 。
We transmit data by e-mail and design statistics form by take the place of hand worked input,not only can the amount of work be reduced but also the accuracy of data can be raised,both of which shorten the work time greatly.
