摘要
研究了 5 5NiCrMoV7钢在 10 0°C~ 70 0°C、90s~ 6 6 5h之间回火的组织和力学性能变化。以钢的淬、回火和退火硬度作为基本参数 ,定义了回火度的概念 ,提出了具有Johnson Mehl Avrami关系式形式的、适用于无二次硬化钢的回火 (时效 )动力学规律。由该规律出发可以推出Hollomon Jaffe回火参数与时间、温度和硬度的关系式。
The evolution of microstructure and hardness of 55NiCrMoV7 steel tempered at 100°C to 700°C for 90 s-665 h was investigated. A concept of tempering degree is defined on the basis of hardness of the steel as quenched, as tempered and as annealed, and a kinetics law in the form of Johnson-Mehl-Avrami relation is proposed, which can be used to describe and explain the evolution of hardness and microstructure of the steel without second hardening. Based on this kinetics law model, the Hollomon-Jaffe relation is deduced.
