摘要
用自制的单弧离子镀装置进行了以 1Cr18Ni9Ti为镀材、4 5钢为基材、试样温度 <6 0 0℃的同基合金电弧低温离子镀。扫描电子显微镜及能谱仪分析结果表明 :镀层由沉积层及过渡层构成 ,过渡层厚度约 1~ 2 μm ,使镀层与基材呈类冶金结合。沉积速率随弧电流的增大线性提高并随试样与靶面距离的缩短而提高。沉积层由γ +α两相组成。试样距靶面 15 0mm时 ,沉积层晶粒为直径 1~ 2 μm的超细颗粒 ;试样与靶面相距 10 0mm时沉积层具有层厚约 1μm的超细片层组织。沉积层与镀材成分接近。
The microstructures of ion plating of 1Cr18Ni9Ti on steel 45 (the basic component of them is the same) at temperatures lower than 600℃ were analyzed by SEM . The results show that the ion plating layer is composed of deposit layer and transition layer. The transition layer is about 1~2μm, in which a quasi-metallurgy combination is built up between the plating layer and substrate. The deposit rate is linear increasing as the increasing of the arc current and shortening the distance between the specimen and the butt. The deposit layer is composed of γ and α phases. When the distance between the specimen and the butt is 150mm, the ultra-fine deposit particles of 1~2μm in diameter are formed, and when the distance is 100mm, the microstructures of the ultra-fine lamellar about 1μm thickness are formed. The composition of the deposit layer is similar with that of the plating.
