摘要
高温下玉米种子中的主要贮藏物质淀粉、粗脂肪等降解迅速,明显快于常温处理,迅速转化成可溶性糖及可溶性蛋白供给正在生长的胚本体。在整个转化过程中无论是胚乳、盾片还是胚本体代谢活动旺盛,新生组织快速获得养分,比常温处理更有利于促进幼苗的早生快发。
The storage substance which includes starch, crude fat, etc, of maize seed degrades quickly in high temperature. The rate of degradation in high temperature is obviously faster than that in ordinary temperature. The storage substance transfers into soluble sugar and soluble protein, and the latter transforms to the embryo entity that is growing. During the whole transformation, the metabolism of the endosperm and the scutellum and the embryo entity is vigorous, and the newly-growed issue can get nutrition quickly. High temperature is more benefit for seedlings.
