摘要
本文推广了参数估计中的Bayes估计方法 ,提出了产品可靠度的一种新估计方法 - -EBayes估计法 ,给出了产品可靠度的EBayes估计的定义 ,并给出了产品可靠度的EBayes估计。为了便于比较 ,还给出了产品可靠度的多层Bayes估计。最后 ,结合实际问题进行了计算和分析 。
In the past years, some achievements have been made on Bayesian methods used for solving reliability problems. In this paper Bayesian estimation method of parameters was extended and a new estimation method of product reliability was put forward, viz. the expected Bayesian estimation method. Definitions of expected Bayesian estimation and expected Bayesian estimation for product reliability were given. To provide convenience in comparison, hierarchical Bayesian estimation of the product reliability was given. Calculations were performed on practical problems, showing that the proposed Bayesian estimation method is feasible and easy to operate.
