摘要
通过6个样地70个小样方的调查分析,对子午岭油松林土壤种子库特征进行了初步研究,结果表明:子午岭油松林土壤种子库平均储种量为639.1粒/m2,其中,油松种子的平均储量为564.5粒/m2,最小储量为256.3粒/m2,最大储种量为1 046.5粒/m2;油松林土壤种子库中约80 % 的油松种子为空瘪种子,完整种子的生活力极低,但林下仍有油松幼苗分布,说明土壤种子库的种子具有一定的萌发能力;从种子分布垂直格局看,种子库中80 % 多的种子集中分布在枯枝落叶层和0~2 cm土层中,5 cm以下土层中几乎没有种子分布。子午岭油松林土壤种子库储量为中等水平,并具有一定的萌发能力,能够为林分天然更新提供基本条件。
Based on investigation data from 6 sample plots and 70 quadrats, the characteristics of seed bank of Pinus tabulaeformis forest in Ziwu Mountains were preliminarily studied. The results showed that the average seed storage of seed banks was 639.1 grains/m2, among which the average seed storage of Pinus tabulaeformis was 564.5 grains/m2, the minimum and the maximum storage were 256.3 grains/m2 and 1 046.5 grains/m2 respectively; about 80 % of Pinus tabulaeformis seeds was barrenness with extremely low vitality, but there were still a few seedlings of Pinus tabulaeformis on the forest floor, which indicate that the seed banks have certain potential of germination. More than 80 % of seeds mainly distributet in litter layer and upper layer of soil (0~2 cm) and nearly no seed was found beneath 5 cm of soil layer from the vertical distribution pattern of seed bank that. In conclusion, the seed storage of Pinus tabulaeformis forest is in medium level, which has certain ability of germination and provide essential condition for natural regeneration of the forests.
