Application of RAPD in the studies on genetic diversity and physiological specialization of plant pathogenic fungi

分析了RAPD分子技术的原理及特点,列举代表性应用事例论述了近年来RAPD分子技术在植物病原真菌群体遗传多样性、系统分类及生理分化诸方面的研究进展,并对RAPD技术在应用当中的技术问题与前景进行了讨论。

The principle and characteristic of random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) molecular technique are reviewed in this paper. With some typical examples, the application of RAPD in genetic diversity, systematic classification and physiological variation of population as well as its prospect are discussed.
