摘要
采用新型双官能化增韧剂SWR—3C对尼龙(PA)6进行增韧研究。结果表明,随着SWR-3C用量的增加,PA6的冲击强度显著提高,当室温下SWR-3C的质量分数为20%时,PA6的冲击强度达94.5 kJ/m^2,接近纯PA6的10倍,达到了起初PA的性能指标,而且在改善其冲击强度的同时,材料的其它力学性能降低较小;并与国内外其它PA增韧剂进行了性能比较。
The new dual-functional toughening agent SWR -3C was used to toughen nylon(PA) 6. The results indicated that the impact strengh enhanced obviously with the increasing of SWR -3C content. And when SWR -3C content was 20% , the impact strengh reached 94.5 kJ/m2, which was about 10 times of that of pure PA6. It accorded with the requirements of ultra-toughened PA. When the impact strengh of PA6 was improved by the addition of SWR -3C, other mechanical properties decreased only a little. And SWR - 3C was compared with other toughening agents for PA6 at home and abroad.
