聚丙烯/碱处理剑麻纤维复合材料的结构与性能 被引量:11

STRUCTURE AND PROPERTY OF POLYPROPYLENE/SISAL FIBERS TREATED BY ALKALI COMPOSITES

摘要 用注射成型的方法制备了聚丙烯(PP)/碱处理剑麻纤维(SF)复合材料,研究了材料的热性能、晶态结构、微观结构和力学性能。结果表明,碱处理SF对复合材料的热稳定性影响较小,但提高了PP相的结晶速率和结晶度,诱导了β晶型PP的生成,提高了复合材料的弹性模量,对PP有显著的增韧效果;但弱的界面键合降低了复合材料的拉伸强度。 The polypropylene (PP) / sisal fibers (SF) treated by alkali composites were prepared by injection molding. The thermal properties, crystalline structure, microstructure and mechanical property of the PP/SF composites were investigated. The results showed that the thermal stability of the PP/SF composites was slightly influenced by the SF treated by alkali, while the crystallization rate and crystallinity of PP were enhanced. At the same time, SF induced the formation of β-form PP crystals, and the elastic mod-uls and stiffness of the PP/SF composites were improved by the addition of SF. But their tensile strength decreasesd because of the poor interfacial bonding.
