摘要
通过X-射线衍射分析研究了表面活性剂聚乙二醇苯基辛基醚(OP)对甲磺酸体系锡镀层织构的影响。结果表明锡镀层的织构受溶液中OP的质量浓度和阴极电流密度的综合影响。在高OP质量浓度和低电流密度条件下,镀层以(211)和(321)晶面择优。在低OP质量浓度和高电流密度条件下,镀层以(101)和(112)晶面择优。
Influence of p-octyl polyethylene glycol phenyl ether (OP) on the textures of Sn deposits electroplated from a bath of methanesulfonic acid on polycrystalline copper substrates were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD). Results indicate that the structural orientation of the deposits is depended on the concentration of OP in the bath and current densitys applied. The preferred orientation of the crystalline grains is (211) and (321) faces for the deposits obtained from baths with high concentration of OP and low current density, while is (101) and (112) faces for those obtained from low OP concentration baths and high current density.
