Wien displacement law is usually written either in terms of wavelength λ_(max)T=2.899×10^(-3) m·K or in terms of angle frequency TTω_(max)=2.708×10^(-12) K·Hz^(-1),and a specious view states these two forms are (connected) by λ_(max)=2πcω_(max).It is shown that the view is false through careful deduction and the two forms of curve are plotted.
