This article reviews the main methods of life cycle cost analysis, including six methods of life cycle cost modeling and four methods of life cycle cost- effectiveness estimate. It analyses the application area of these methods, contrasts the advantage and disadvantage of them, and discuses the problem in this field and forecasts the development in this field. This article can provide a usable methodology for the life cycle cost analysis of torpedo weapon system.
