人性化服务是当今企业共同追寻的一个宗旨。提供了人性化服务,就能将人性化服务真正落到实处,就能在激烈的市场竞争中立稳脚跟。本文详细阐述了人性化服务的涵义及其对企业经营的意义,并在次基础上提出了人性化服务的衡量标准。
The personal service is the goal which all companies want to realize . As we know, if the company provides the fully personal service and make this s ervice fully successful, it will of course be successful at last. This paper dis cuss the importance of the personal service in the management of the company and put forward the standard of the personal service in company.
