清洁油品生产和重油轻质化技术研究

Study on the Technologies of Clean Petroleum Products and Light-end Products of Heavy Oil

结合国际炼油新技术发展趋势,对中国石油天然气股份有限公司炼油业务所面临的形势以及油品质量升级对新技术开发的要求等方面进行分析,指出中国石油炼油业务科技开发所存在的不足和差距,提出今后炼油业务科研开发指导思想、发展目标以及主要研究内容。

According to the developing trends of the advanced science and technique in the world, the status of refinery industry faced with the China National Petroleum Corporation and the requirement for developing the new technique resulted from raise of oil quality grade were analyzed. Some problems in the science and technique development of refinery industry in China were pointed out. The guide line, objects and research contents for science and technique development in refinery industry were proposed.
