苯加氢饱和工艺技术研究

摘要 随着环保法规的严格制定,汽油中对苯含量的要求也更加严格,苯加氢饱和工艺技术是降低汽油中苯含量的有效方法。重点介绍了传统苯加氢饱和工艺、IFP的Beenfree工艺和UOP的BeenSat工艺特点。与传统的苯加氢工艺比较,Beenfree的反应蒸馏工艺独特,BeenSat工艺适宜于处理苯含量高的原料,因而这两种工艺越来越多地被采用。 The strict environmental protection laws require lower benzene content in gasoline. Hydrogenation is the most effective technology to reduce benzene content in gasoline. In this paper,the conventional benzene hydrogen saturation,Beenfree technology of IFP and BeenSat technology of UOP were introduced. The characteristics of each kind of benzene saturation technology were analyzed. Compared with the conventional benzene hydrogen technology, Beenfree technology of IFP and BeenSat technology of UOP are of special features and have been adopted more and more.
