Study on the Location Restructure of High-New-Tech Industry of the Northeast

高新技术产业已成为当前人类经济活动中发展最迅速、最活跃的领域之一 ,大力发展高新技术产业 ,对改造与振兴老工业基地有着深远的意义。一方面 ,高新技术提升和优化了东北传统产业结构 ,另一方面 ,高新技术产业也可以成为东北的另一个经济增长极。对高新技术产业进行区位优化调整 ,实现其与传统产业区位上的结合 ,可带动两者共同发展。

Nowadays,high-new-tech industry is one of the most rapid growing and active fields in human lives. It has the far-reaching influence on reforming and resurgence the old industrial base of the northeast with its development. On the one hand,the high-new-tech advanced and optimized the structure of traditional industries. On the other hand,the high-new-tech industry also could be another increasing pole. So,it can be developed both the high-new-tech industry and the traditional industries if the high-new-tech industrial locations will be adjusted so that they can integrate.
