The cooperation of energy between China and Russia has the characteristic of practical demand and obvious advantage,the farther progress of the cooperation can not only bring better quality to the energy of the whole region of Northeast Asia and optimize the structure of energy but also,as a precursor and part of the energy cooperation of Northeast Asia,strengthen the relationship between the countries of Northeast Asia and provide favorable opportunity to the cooperation of this region.
