the breakout of Iraq war and Korean nuclear problem, the difficult walking of internal structural innovation made the change of Japanese politics increase in 2003. Along with the evolution of international crisis,the outstanding emergent law legislation,sending army to Iraq of drawing the bow but not releasing the arrow,the attracting presidential election of Liberal and Democratic Party,the dismiss of the Congress and the election of the Representatives,etc. formed the impact on the Japanese politics. The politics and diplomacy of Koizumi aimed at 'common state' stand a severe test. The structural transitional trend of Japan especially attracts worldwide attention.
