胆宁片对胆囊胆固醇结石的防治作用

Pereventive effect and mechanism of danning tablet on the cholesterol gallstone

目的 :研究胆宁片对胆囊胆固醇结石有无防治作用并初步探讨其机制。方法 :豚鼠 12 0只随机均分为 4组 :胆宁片组建立胆囊胆固醇结石模型后给予胆宁片 ,同时与熊去氧胆酸 (UDCA)组及空白组、致石组对照 ,测定血、胆汁生化及肝、胆囊病理。结果 :胆宁片组成石率为 17%显著低于致石组的 73% ,其致石指数(LI)及血甘油三酯 (TG)与肝脂肪变性显著低于致石组。结论 :胆宁片对胆囊胆固醇结石有良好的防治作用并可缓解肝脂肪变性。

Objective:To investigate whether danning tablet has the preventive effect on the cholesterol gallstones.Methods:One hundred and twenty guinea pigs were randomly divided into four groups. Danning tablet was given to the danning group after the cholesterol gallstone model has been established. At the same time,the danning group was compared with the other three group for measing serum and bile biochemistry parameters and observing the pathological change of the liver and gallbladder.Results:The incidence of danning group(17%) was significantly lower than that of the model group(73%),and the LI,serum TG and the hepatic steatosis had the similar outcome.Conclusion:Danning tablet can prevent the formation of the cholesterol gallstone and relieve the hepatic steatosis.
