摘要
超声波检测技术是一门应用范围极广的无损检测技术。文章通过某一高架工程在施工过程中,支架坍塌,使原已浇筑的箱梁有不同程度的位移,致使部分的立柱产生形变和开裂。通过对影响范围内的箱梁、盖梁、立柱和承台采用声波无损检测技术,查明和消除了工程质量隐患。
Ultrasonic detection technique is a kind of harmless detection technique which has been apph'ed very widely. The paper has illustrated the situation of support collapse, concreted case beam being displacement with different degrees and causing stanchion crack during constructing a viaduct project. Thus it has concluded that it is necessary for case beam, cover beam, stanchion and bearing stand in the influenced range of displacement of conudct harmless detection in order to avoid the hidden trouble of project quali-ty.
