介绍了宝钢股份公司1550冷轧连续退火机组如何通过集成过程控制系统实现对生产过程的监控和统计分析,该系统提供了控制图、正态分布图、符合性图、趋势图等功能,为稳定生产过程,改善产品质量起到了有益的作用。统计过程控制结合钢铁行业的实际加以运用,给整个宝钢集成过程控制系统的实施提供参考和积累经验,在此基础上建立的集成过程控制系统是钢铁企业应用统计过程控制与计算机自动实现控制的典范。
1550 CAL in Baosteel is introduced that the control and analysis of production is realized by The integrated process control system. The guality control chart, normal distribution chart, coincidence chat, and the individual chart are provided to stablize production process and improve product guality. The combination of stutistics process control with steel enterprises provides the references and experiences to realize Baosteel integrated process control system. The system based on that is the normal of steel enterprise applications in process control and automation.
