摘要
凌钢中宽热轧带钢生产线R2轧机、热卷箱、飞剪部分"三电"改造工程以高性能工控机、PLC及全数字传动控制系统为核心,传动系统与PLC之间通过Profibus进行通讯,从而改变了原系统装置水平低下,技术落后的状况;并且通过对软件系统即控制模型的优化和改进,弥补了原系统存在的缺陷,提高了系统整体工艺控制水平。系统改造后控制准确,运行可靠。由此又提出了对整条轧线自动化系统做进一步改造的必要性。
The 'three-electricity' reconstruction project of R2 mill, coil box, crop shear in medium width hot strip product line in Lingyuan Iron and Steel Group takes the high-capability industrial control computer, PLC and full-digital drive control system as the core. The drive system communicates with PLC through PROFIBUS net, so it changes the low control level in the technique of the original system setting, and makes up for bugs of the original software system though optimizing control model. The control level of whole rolling technics system is improved. After the system is reconstructed, the control is exact and reliable. At the same time, the necessity for further reconstruction of whole line automatic system is proposed.
