摘要
针对稀土行业自动化程度低、生产成本高、资源消耗大等问题,提出了基于工业以太网及现场总线结构的稀土萃取分离生产过程自动化系统。讨论了系统的结构、功能和控制策略,并将该系统成功地应用于某稀土公司,实现了萃取分离生产过程的优化控制、优化运行。实际运行表明,流量设定误差小于1%,顺序逻辑控制正常可靠,网络通过正常,产品纯度回收率提高,资源消耗减少,设备运转率提高,取得了明显的优化控制应用成效。
A Rare-earth extracting and separating process automation system based on the industrial Ethernet and the structure of fieldbus is proposed to solve the problem about low-level automation of RE industry. The structure, function and control strategy of this system are also discussed. This system has been successfully applied to a Rare-earth Enterprise, and the optimization control and optimization running is realizeol in rare-earth extracting and separating process, and gets apparent effect. The praclical operation shows that the given traffic error is less than 1%, the sequence logical control is reliable, the network motion is good, the reback rate of product is increased, the resourse consumption is deduced, the motion rate of instrument is increased, and the good results of optimal control application are obtained.
