摘要
虚拟制造技术是近几年出现的先进制造技术之一。虚拟制造的提出,是对传统制造业的革命。虚拟制造是企业以CAD/CAM/CAE/PDM等信息集成为基础的一种新的制造哲学。该文介绍了它的含义、作用、研究内容及国内外研究概况,简要介绍了建模与仿真技术,并从三个方面论述了主题。随着制造企业环境的变化和产品生命周期缩短,企业必须全面推行VM技术,才能在全球性市场竞争环境中生存发展并不断扩大其竞争优势。
The proposition of virtual manufacturing technology ( VMT) , which is one of the advanced manufacturing technologies, is the revolution to the traditional manufacture. VMT is a new manufacturing methodology based on information integration in the fieldes of CAD/CAM/CAE/PDM and so on in an enterprise. This paper analyzes VME' s role and research areas, discusses the causes and trend of the evolution, introduces modeling and simulation briefly, and then expound the theme from three aspects. With the change of the environment of an enterprise and the shortenning of the life period of products, it is necessary to pursue VMT' s research all - sidedly in the manufacturing company and is probable for enterprise to enable survival and development in the global market competition of and expand their competition advantages constantly.
