摘要
该文研究了一种应变式集成力传感器,设计了其弹性体结构,详细分析了测量原理,给出了力 与应变量的对应关系,设计了传感器的放大处理电路。
A kind of strain sensor is presented. The structure and measurement principle of the sensor have been analyzed in detail and the transformation between of measurement and stress are analyzed. A set of circuits with sign processing and magnifying is designed.
