摘要
该文以多功能旋挖钻机单机为研究对象,运用PLC控制器和Codesys系统软件编程,进行了钻桅垂直度智能感知自动调控技术和故障诊断技术等智能控制技术的研究。实现了人机智能对话界面,方便了人工操作,大大提高了多功能旋挖钻机自动化和智能化水平,为其他工程机械智能化控制技术的应用提供了参考依据。
In this paper, multi-function drilling machine is used as a research object. Drilling mast verticality intelligent perception and automatic adjust technique, as well as trouble diagnosis are discussed. PLC controller and Codesys system software are applied in the studying course, which help to realize person - machine interactive interface. These intelligent control technologies greatly improve the operation, automatization and intelligent level of multi - function drilling machine. They also give a good reference to intelligent other construction machinery.
