摘要
阐述了当前高校学报编排规范中存在的问题 ,分析了高校学报三个编排规范本身存在的矛盾 ,认为应该由国家新闻出版署牵头 ,综合三种编排规范中已被实践证明是可行的条款 ,制订出一部切实可行的综合类学报编排规范 ,并提出了八条具体建议。
The paper expounds the problems in editing specifications of comprehensive journals of colleges and universities, analyzes the contradiction of the three kinds of editing criteria. The State Press Bureau should take the charge of summing up the criteria that have been proved to be practicable in the three and making up a new set of editing criteria that are feasible for comprehensive journals in colleges and universities. Eight suggestions are offered in the paper.
