摘要
该文通过对民营企业职工权益保障中存在的问题和原因进行分析 ,提出通过先完善职工代表大会和企业工会制度、最终建立职工董事制度来保障民营企业职工的合法权益。
The paper analyzes the problems in the security system of workers' rights and interests in private industries and the reasons for them. In order to protect workers legal rights and interests, worker congresses and labor unions should be perfected and workers' boards should be set up.
