Faced with the new challenges,colleges and universities for adult education must reexamine the dominant ideas of reform and innovation in running a school. The article discusses how these schools can survive and develop and expounds some measures to take from three aspects——to speed up the innovation in the management system, the enrollment system and the teaching and education system.
