摘要
德国的高等教育领域近年来进行了大幅度的改革,以确保德国高等教育的高质量和国际竞争力。文章对德国原有的高等教育质量保证机制进行了回顾和分析,介绍了当前德国高等教育质量保证机制中的两项主要改革"实施质量保证计划"和"建立认证委员会",简要说明了该质量保证机制的特点。
Some reform measures are being taken in higher education in Germany recently with the aim of raising the standards of higher education and preparing the higher education for international competition. The paper reviews and analyses the original quality assurance mechanism in higher education in Germany, introduces two main reform actions in the current quality assurance mechanism, and then makes a summary of its characters.
