On Chongqing's State-owned Economic Reform and Ownership Structure Readjustment

建立公有制为主体、多种所有制经济共同发展的基本经济制度,是完善社会主义市场经济体制的重要任务。本文围绕这一主题,通过丰富翔实的数据分析比较,对重庆所有制结构的现状做出客观判断,揭示存在的问题,提出深化重庆市国有经济布局调整,加快非公有制经济发展,优化所有制结构的对策措施。

It is pointed out that to establish the basic economic system of developing diversified ownership economy with public ownership as the mainstay is the important task in perfecting the socialist market economic system. Focusing on this subject and based upon detailed analysis and comparison of a vast amount of full and accurate data, this thesis makes an objective assessment of the present status of Chongqing's ownership structure, reveales the existent problems and proposes the countermeasures of deepening the readjustment of Chongqing's state-owned economic distribution, accelerating the development of private economy and optimizing the ownership structure.
